Orders placed by 2:30pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm, or over the weekend or on Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
No problem. Royal Mail will try a neighbour or leave your parcel in a safe place on your property. If neither is possible, it will be held at your local delivery office and you can collect it whenever suits you.
