Refund policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Dermalogica product for any reason you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from yourtruebeauty.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding any expedited shipping fees). All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please contact customer service within 48 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order or any damaged items. If you wish to return an item which has arrived damaged, we will ask you to send us photos of the damaged items.

Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Please follow the simple instructions below:
Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging or appropriate alternative.

Contact us at hello@yourtruebeauty.co.uk to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Returns Department will contact you within 5 working days with full instructions on how to send your return to us.

Please note that we do not provide return packaging materials such as bags, boxes or jiffy envelopes nor do we provide refunds / credits for postage or packaging materials.
